Hi, I'm Jo, your personal Health Coach from Surrey, UK.
 
I'm a mum and an entrepreneur who loves helping others improve their health.

This passion came about 10 years ago when I experienced severe health issues that made me have to reassess my lifestyle, habits, diet and mindset.

It turns out it was a blessing in disguise because I discovered the secret holistic route to long lasting health.

I knew this way of living was a game changer for me and my family, and I was sure that it would be for other woman as well - so I made it my mission to share this information.

I decided the best way to do this would be through health coaching.
