Periods should be pain free
As a Health Coach specialising in Women's Health I want to empower women who have been told there are no options for their period pain. This is ridiculous!
I want you to know that there is hope, and when it comes to your health and your cycles there are many lifestyle factors that affect them, which is good news as it means you can take control and make positive changes.
When working with clients who are experiencing pre-menstrual cramps, often they have been dismissed by their GP for years and usually given a very strong painkiller and told there is nothing else that they can do.
Usually my clients have been told by their GP that hormonal birth control will help, but what this does is suppress your natural cycle by shutting down your hormones. Both of these 'solutions' don't get to the root cause of the pain.

When we work together we will focus on getting to the root cause of your issue by looking at a multitude of factors including nutrition, lifestyle and daily habits which may be contributing to the pain you are experiencing.
