My Story
Throughout my treatment I was always researching and looking for alternative ways to alleviate the side effects as well as support my body and mind.
After my cancer treatment came to an end in 2015 I felt lost and knew I needed to make changes to my lifestyle but didn't know where to start. I felt like I was still in survival mode and began doing more research to support my healing.
The first place I started was by making radical changes to my diet. I wanted to get a better understanding of nutrition so I began studying with the College of Naturopathic Medicine to become a Health Coach.
I'm a naturopathic health coach which means I take a holistic approach focusing on getting to the root cause of my clients' symptoms and looking specifically at nutrition, sleep, movement and stress management.
If there is one thing that cancer has taught me is that your body will let you know when things are out of balance and you have to stop, listen and take action.
