My interest in health wasn't something I originally planned as a career
In my early thirties, I faced some health challenges of my own and found myself trying to make sense of endless information and conflicting advice. Like many people, I wanted to understand what was going on and what I could do to feel better.
That journey led me down a path of learning about nutrition, lifestyle and holistic health. What started as a search for answers for myself quickly became a passion. I became fascinated by the impact that food, sleep, stress, movement and daily habits can have on how we feel.
The more I learned, the more I realised that health isn't about quick fixes or finding the perfect diet. It's about understanding your body, making informed choices and having the right support and strategy in place.
Over the last 10 years, I've immersed myself in the world of health and wellbeing, and for the last four years I've been supporting clients as a health coach.
Today, through Mojo Health, my goal is simple. I want to help people cut through the confusion, understand their bodies better and make changes that feel realistic, sustainable and achievable in everyday life.
My approach
I don't believe in strict rules, perfect diets or trying to overhaul your life overnight.
Everyone is different, which is why I take a personalised approach. What works for one person won't necessarily work for someone else, and I think health should fit around your life, not take over it.
My aim is to help you make sense of your symptoms and feel supported, rather than overwhelmed. Small, consistent changes often have the biggest impact, and I'd much rather help you build habits you can maintain for years than follow a plan that only works for a few weeks.
